Hassle Free Cancellation Policy

At BudGear Depot by AALY LLC(referred to as 'We'), we have a hassle free cancellation policy for our customers. 

In the event, our customers has a change of mind and want to cancel your order, we're here to make the cancellation process as hassle-free as possible. To cancel your order, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to cancel your order before it is shipped out.

If it is too late and your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel.

Please contact us and we can arrange a return for you. In the event of a cancellation after the product has been shipped and is in transit, the customer will be responsible for the actual cost of outbound and return shipping, regardless of any promotions offered at the time of purchase. A 3% credit card transaction fee will be applied to cancellations made before shipping.
