Here at BudGear Depot by AALY LLC(referred to as 'We'), we ensure a product quality guarantee because we want to assure customer satisfaction.
All items come with a manufacturer's warranty, please reach out for specific warranty details.
What if my product is damaged?
When your item(s) come, please check the packaging. If you see any damage, even if it's just to the box, you should indicate it when you sign for delivery. Note "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt if you are unable to open the package during delivery but believe there may be damage. Please email pictures to (support@budgeardepot.com) if any of your items come damaged, and we will handle a replacement or refund right away (typically within one business day).
